This is a solid track. I had no idea someone wrote a song about Laura. The Lazarus Plot were a good 90s band. Laura was always friendly to me. Simon is still a close friend. Suburban Chi-town punk, represent.

I actually emailed Simon to ask him, he responded to my initial email within 15 minutes but then when I asked about Laura he never replied back so I appreciate you letting me know. The places I've seen say she died have all been in relation to Bright Eyes so I think his fans were just making up their own stories based on what he's mentioned about her in his songs.
Isaiah ii Lauren Laurent was the girl who was in a sad/suicide emo band in the 90's called The Lazarus Plot. she had some amazing stuff. they made 2 records. I posted them on my channel
