I recently started varsity, moved faaaaaaaar away from home and started therapy, so it's looking up. I promise you'll get through it❤️

I love that you shows restraint, I come from a house where the only method of communication is yelling and it's super unstable and intense. Extremely respect the fact you don't want to yell. As you've stated many times these audios are supposed to be a part of an idealized relationship. Yelling is not part of that. I've yelled before and been yelled at and each time I hated it and it got us nowhere and I'm working on leaving the room to clear my mind rather than resort to that. You stop listening and shut down.
