How wrong Doc was. They haven't abolished all lawyers, kids (at least not in my area) do not walk around with their pockets hanging out, and there are no shoes with power laces.

I would die for a self drying/adjusting jacket too.
We have e-scooters and mobile computers with satellite navigation, internet, cameras... so we went far beyond.
This would be 10 times better without the distracting and annoying subtitles.

Wokeism is a movement which is a past-tense corruption of the idiom “wake-up” referring to the battle cry for ordinary people to realize that they are being controlled and manipulated by some sinister force.
Pejoratively it refers to people and the movement who thinks that they can or have solved all of the worlds problems, but in reality are just as ignorant as ever.
They preach tolerance but yet are the most intolerant of people. They project blame for their actions and misfortunes onto anyone but themselves. Especially “the patriarchy”, “white privilege”, and “cisgendered people”.
They attempt to change it by forcing diversity and equality upon us rather than just letting nature take its course.
Look at the film Alien. That Ripley was female was completely incidental to her role in the movie. Same as Parker being black.
Now we have all of this awkward forced nonsense.. a Danish story about a mermaid being played by a black girl.. etc. Can you imagine if we forced the same diversity in a movie about Kunta Kinte? Or the NBA?
