It is available in the US, UK, Canada and Australia!

I used 100% silk to dye. You can try out other materials or fabric and see how it turns out.
    Steps:
    1. Wash your fabric to remove anything that could ruin the dye process. I used synthrapol as my detergent.
    2. Prep the alum - 1/4 cup to 1 gallon of water. Soak the fabric for 20-30 minutes in the alum.
    3. Once the fabric has soaked for the allotted time, ring out and let dry. Do not rinse.
    4. Prep your size - size is the thickened water that the dye rests on. 4 tsp of carrageenan to 1 gallon of water. I used a whisk to help break up the lumps. Let this mixture sit, I let mine rest for 4 hours.
    5. Remove any lumps from the size. You can use a newspaper or paper towel to skim the top of the size.
    6. Prep your dyes. I added mine to small bottles that I could use to drop onto the water. I thinned the dye down with synthetic gall.
    7. Begin dropping the dye onto the size.
    8. Use your marbling rake or other tools to make a design.
    9. Put your fabric onto the dye and lift up.
    10. Rinse out the carrageenan and any extra dye. Hang up to dry.
    11. Use an iron to heat set the dye and fabric.
I had so much fun making the silk scarves. I had a lot of questions and wanted to do a verbal tutorial/walk through on how I did all of this. I tried to make it as clear as possible and I hope you can try it out too!
The process does take time and there is some trial and error to getting everything right, but the overall effect is really awesome.

Testing one drop of each of your paints for spread/sinking, and adjusting the amount of synthetic gall (in a separate trial tray of size, or skimming after the paint trials), can save you a lot of paint. A single drop should bloom to 2-4 inches when it has the proper amount of gall.

I didn’t think your explanation was at all awkward! And I’m grateful to have seen this (and the previous) video where you gave plenty of detail yet didn’t drag on! It sure didn’t feel like it was over 30 minutes haha. Thanks so much, and happy crafting! Will give a follow to see some of your upcoming stuff and all the stuff I haven’t watched yet! :D
