    The repairing of a HOW/WHY relationship not only imperative for successful biz/working relationships but also for personal relationships. Excellent illustration! As always I take away great tidbits for biz and leadership but also ones transferrable to being a good mate/friend/mother. Thanks Simon :)

    What we say here in Poland about that kind of relation : bratnie dusze ( soul mates ).
    Those are people which are close to us by soul (heart and mind).

    Watching now but never too late... Thank you for the book club. Recently I registered to Skill Share I was happy to see you as it gave me a piece of mind that this is the right place to start to learn something I interested already followed you on skilled share love your perspective of the world. Hope to be present at the up coming book club but Friday nights doesn't work for me wished it could be Saturday or Sunday. Have a safe day keep spreading inspiring thoughts...     When you talk about the why/how/what spectrum, it sounds exactly like the ideation to execution framework I was trained in. One thing to be super aware of is that if you can move right up to the high point of ideation, you will freak out (overwhelm) the high execution people. I experience it as a funnel - ideation or why types open the funnel (dreams) and the execution guys focus this down into something that can be made "real" (products/outcomes/etc.).

    I would really like to do the start with my why discovery because just reading why leaders eat last twice and start with your why and the infinite game I still feel like I am fishing. I am recently dubbed as an unofficial leader by my boss. and I received tons of positive comments on my new job where i started to be the leader I wish I had. But I sometimes feel like an impostor. But i really do not want to be. I am honest I honor the truth. but when people tell me something like "wow, you are really going to get far!" I get scared. When people put their thrust in me I get scared. I feel like I am getting more and more involved. but the stakes are getting higher. I want to keep going, still I am just in an entry level job and there was a leadership vacuum. So i did what i leaned and it helped a lot. I think I will be buying the new class sooner or later. Or I might use your book find your why with a friend. Anyway, THANK YOU SIMON.

    People need to be validated in their
    " humanness" not their ego.
    This is challenging for selfish people.
    I lead with truth, many people find that too ' black and white ' my answer is:
    How can truth me anything other than
    ' right or wrong ' i.e. black versus white.

    I much prefer to hear the inspiration
    Taking a breath , breathing in deeply “ you need to”
    Maybe it’s time to do that then re-evaluate the message
    Our world is evolving I think your stuff about humanness and service and “we” and all that fabulous advice you give needs to be repackaged
    The message is no different
    You are the guy to do it
    So many people want to give of themselves , just drop the Microsoft references and all the other corporates that have bled us of our humanness
    I know they are your biggest clients but if you really want to survive “this pandemic” the WHY better be a bit more inclusive
    I’m lucky , I know my why
    Not different to yours really ... to help humanity in this evolutionary journey
    I bet there’s a lot more “WHY” folks out there than you want to give credit to
    We are all on the same boat , some days my Why vibration is mixed with How Where Who
    Other days it’s like a bolt of narcissism (not always my best days)
    We are all finding a new NORM be easier on yourself and reset the play button
    Honestly Simon I love your finger pointing but in this incoming new reality try to include more why people
    There is an innate intelligence in our community globally that is so powerful and needs to be tapped into
    We are not all Richard Bransons or Bill Gates or Zuckerbergs but we all have “whys”
    They might be less important than yours but don’t delete us all to the how when or where
    Build a global community of team workers and raise them all up to service
    WHY people are just that.... people too

    Why does everyone doing “stay at home” videos feel the need to not come his/her hair and dress as casual as possible. You can still shower, dress nice and “fix up” as you normally would.

      I don't see anyone here who isn't showered, shaved or nicely dressed. Keep in mind that most people's hair is too long these days. Anyway, we should pay more attention to the content, not the "packaging". In this case, the packaging is just fine. More than fine, really 👌
