When you talk about the why/how/what spectrum, it sounds exactly like the ideation to execution framework I was trained in. One thing to be super aware of is that if you can move right up to the high point of ideation, you will freak out (overwhelm) the high execution people. I experience it as a funnel - ideation or why types open the funnel (dreams) and the execution guys focus this down into something that can be made "real" (products/outcomes/etc.).
I would really like to do the start with my why discovery because just reading why leaders eat last twice and start with your why and the infinite game I still feel like I am fishing. I am recently dubbed as an unofficial leader by my boss. and I received tons of positive comments on my new job where i started to be the leader I wish I had. But I sometimes feel like an impostor. But i really do not want to be. I am honest I honor the truth. but when people tell me something like "wow, you are really going to get far!" I get scared. When people put their thrust in me I get scared. I feel like I am getting more and more involved. but the stakes are getting higher. I want to keep going, still I am just in an entry level job and there was a leadership vacuum. So i did what i leaned and it helped a lot. I think I will be buying the new class sooner or later. Or I might use your book find your why with a friend. Anyway, THANK YOU SIMON.
People need to be validated in their " humanness" not their ego. This is challenging for selfish people. I lead with truth, many people find that too ' black and white ' my answer is: How can truth me anything other than ' right or wrong ' i.e. black versus white.
I really want to find out our why when it comes to our training group. I hope I can send our company profile and see if what we have there is correct. I understand it is too much to ask. But thank you in advance.

Why does everyone doing “stay at home” videos feel the need to not come his/her hair and dress as casual as possible. You can still shower, dress nice and “fix up” as you normally would.
I don't see anyone here who isn't showered, shaved or nicely dressed. Keep in mind that most people's hair is too long these days. Anyway, we should pay more attention to the content, not the "packaging". In this case, the packaging is just fine. More than fine, really 👌
