Orange wasn't receiving troops for Scandinavia for several turns near the end. I thought he was broken through but Black had their capital on Norway. It was captured pretty early on by Purple after Black failed to take Orange's capital, which is why he quit the game. Orange then took it, in order to hold Scandinavia.
Later on, White and/or Purple took it from Orange, but neither were able to take Orange's original capital.
In fact, I think Black spent too long figuring out where to place their capital that it was automatically selected for them... which was a disaster for them, hence the Noob Slam Blitz.
