Making a homemade Japanese style chisel

Yet another tool I have had to make in order to complete my Tanto project is a Saya Chisel. When I was making the handle for my Tanto blade, I really struggled to cut out the profile of the tang as my chisel kept digging into the wood.
I then found out that Japanese craftsmen overcome this with a gently curved chisel specially to make the "Saya" or scabbard.
Here I attempt to make my own version.
