Dear sweet Lydia & Wehan, what a lovely couple you both are. I came across your channel last Sunday & I've been binge watching your videos everyday since, right from the beginning. You've had me laughing so much with both of your wonderful senses of humor. In this video I was crying seeing your excitement in experiencing the snow. Especially seeing Wehan's experience was his 1st time. Thankyou for sharing your trip, both of your beautiful cinematography, editing & ability to put the most beautiful music together, You've both got such amazing talents. ❤❤ Your wonderful ability to not only descibe what places are like, but also the historical details of the place's you've visited. I'm looking forward to watching more of you both. Seeing your love & care for each other is beautiful. Safe travels to you both, much love from the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria ❤❤😊😊
Oh wow what a lovely message! Thank you so so much for the kind words, we're so happy to hear you've been enjoying the videos 🙏💙 Seeing snow was such a special moment, we've got snow forecasted in Tassie now so fingers crossed we'll get to enjoy snow again very soon! ❄️☃️ The Mornington Peninsula is a beautiful place to be, we haven't yet made it that way but we can't wait to when we're back from Tassie 😊
"You are absolutely covered!"... Looking at Lydia with a dozen flakes on her. 🤣 You guys are so cute in your excitement to see snow. I am from a snowy area, and I am one of the few who is happy to see snow. I did, however, forget that you are going into Winter as I am going into Summer.
🤣 Definitely not the most impressive snowfall but just seeing snow at all felt amazing. Wehan had no expectations and it's been over 15 years since I saw snow so I didn't remember what it was like. Yes, I remember in the UK there were very few people who actually looked forward to the snow! I guess it can be a pain in areas with frequent snowfall and for most people loses the wow factor. ☀️ Hope you're making the most of the summer and enjoying the warmth.
@@lydiaandwehan, it's been over a decade since we've had a decent amount of snow where I live in southern England - we got 8-9" (20-23cm) in ~2008-10 ... but since then we've only had one or two inches lasting for less than 24 hours The problem is we're not used to snow - snow chains are unheard of, winter tyres are rare, so when it snows drivers panic. Thanks for a great video, glad to finally find time to catch up on your journey. I'm looking forward to your Tasmania videos - my mum visited her cousin there in 95
