I’m not going to lie to you, Doug’s a pretty good player. He’s been playing 2D platformers for almost a year now, and he’s made a lot of progress. He’s not the best, but he’s pretty close.

I love how absolutely unhinged Doug’s chat is. The person who said they hadn’t been this happy since their dad died made me lose it.
nah, sometimes small things like a stream actually helps, it's about the simple things that makes a human feel human again
@@maxi979 I think you're confused. It implies that they were this happy when their dad died, at least with this wording.
@@wyattmiller9539 oh da words
I think the biggest difference between Doug's and Jerma's streams (besides Doug's ability to grow facial hair) is that Doug's chat isn't constantly trying to bully him into crying on camera
I think that, instead, Doug's chat is trying to fight with Doug for the attention of Doug's chat to derail the stream, while with Jerma you can just "one guy" it
To busy trash talking Z crew
I bully Doug constantly through TTS in hopes to make him cry
He needs to have Davey on more
Idk, I think we nearly got him with Chuglas
Doug turned something that could be a disastrous stream into a genuinely fun experience. And btw, people might talk shit about Wikipedia, but their "references" and "further reading" sections are so handy whenever I am looking for sources
I think most people who talk shit about Wikipedia are teachers who don't actually know how wikipedia works and/or don't want their students to take the easy route and actually work for their research and references
@@HamazuraGOD Easy route is what they're concerned about here. Especially necessary if you're going into further education, like most are encouraged to do so here.
thing is, Wikipedia USED to be a fairly poor source in its early days, but nowadays it very much is a reliable one. Feel like teachers might just be living in the past
It's good for learning what is going on before going to scholarly articles in research papers
@@ThorinWolf Sure but you don't have access to research papers and shit as a high schooler. At least some college courses give you access to academic papers.
This simultaneously is a contender for both best and worst stream of the year.
This is an extremely promising top comment

As a math student, this was very entertaining, specially when Doug thinks a pretty standard sciency thing is obscure
To be fair every year of my life some stuff that I thought as extremely advanced and obscure before becomes standard and common knowledge to me. Moments like this remind me that I actually learn something in my uni and not just waste years
I laughed my ass off when he thought that the Lebesgue measure was going to be a small and unimportant article
@@Patrick-vv3ig I did the same when he got to the redefinition of the SI units.
@@gamemultiplier1750 I thought that was gonna be one of the longest lol.
Or that an obscure math or science page wouldn't have 500+ links referencing other topics
Ever since Doug started saying "I am very masculine" he has become one of the best platforming players of all time
i was there when it happend, this miraculous stream single handedly cured my crippling insomnia. i wanna wholeheartedly thank the loving gods and doug for this divine gift

I lost my shit every single time chat edited the wiki. Omg that was so funny I couldn't compose myself
I lost it for 10 minutes straight at deez pogchamp.
meh I thought it was lame after the first ones. Honestly, I just wanted to watch him play the actual game

@@poudink5791 ok grandpa go take your meds and head off to bed now.
Humor is subjective and this entire streams proves the contrary to your fun policing.
Anyone got a time stamp for when chat started messing with him by editing the pages?
around 1:05:30, i believe?
It happens specifically at 2:52:50
1:27:22 is another large string of edits
I’m currently watching the VoD so I’ll edit this comment with all of them as I go. Changes to text will just be what they were changed to and nothing else. Redirects will say what it redirected to.
1:05:30 It gets redirected to Zorbeez
1:07:13 It’s still the same text but the link gets changed to DougDoug instead
1:13:00 It gets redirected to the link A crew started on
1:20:56 It gets redirected to AI Dungeon

“What is wrong with all of you? Why is anybody here? Why would anybody want to see..?” Dam Doug if I didn’t do the blood oath I would’ve left two hours ago
Okay back it’s being edited again
2:04:27 It redirects to _Grand Theft Auto V_
Okay that’s all I think
@@DanParre I know not why you have taken it upon yourself to do this but it is appreciated
13:58 Its so stupid but this makes me laugh so much. Endless joy. Speaking of endless, the math and science hole is endless indeed.
SAME LMAO I've linked this timestamp to like 3 people now, it's so funny
I know this was like, a year ago, but I just think it's funny that Doug's head is so big in the later layers of the infinite doug

finally I can complain about it :)

As other people said: if Doug goes with a random number each time, like from 1 to 20 or something like that (there are websites you can use for generating random numbers like that) then the chat won't have to go crazy and edit the articles! (I mean, they kinda still could, but...)
This stream was extremely dangerous because somebody could change the link to something tos and keep the name the same and doug could only find that out by clicking it or hovering over it
Did they ever find out what the most boring wikipedia game + Doug is good at 2d platformers equals???
(VOD)
Doug is good at the most boring 2D Wikipedia platformers. It equals that.
If doug streamed him just watching the zorbeez ad on a loop, that would be the best stream, guaranteed! Just pay shipping and processing.
Doug being like " this sucks" while delivering the funniest content ever is always funny.
Dougdoug should perform the dougie at the dougies. Also new idea for Wikipedia chain thing, buy a d20 and roll that after each link to know which link to click next. If there's not the number of links rolled then either that's a loss or they get a reroll, you have it so each team has either 3 lives total for their entire turn for missed numbers or they get 3 lives per link. This can help prevent changing links and stuff as there's no way to know which link will be next
Didn't expect to see Katawa Shoujo pfp here nice
What if they change all the links?
1:35:36 This is the first thing that's made me cry laughing in a good long while. Just watching g Doug lose his marbles over the moon being a vertebrate got
I feel so bad for the poor unpaid saps who have to undo all the Wikipedia vandalism from this stream. It _was_ pretty funny though, to be fair.
14:29 doug bird inception
Doug, I don't suppose you read these comments, but if you do you should know that I watch your VODs at x3 speed, and at that pace it makes you look increadible at 2D platformers.
"This probably shouldn't be uploaded even as a VOD" - DougDoug
Honestly, I was interested in the wikipedia game. Maybe if you had a discussion on the articles.
Once again, throught the power of cybervandalism, the main character Chat fixes their sidekick DougDoug's worst stream of the year into the best one.
Do all streams not make it here? On the twitch there's that angriest gamer thing in between this and the previous tabs stream but don't see it here?
It was all PLANNED. We knew Nice n' Tasty would merge into A crew's line.
52% of chat: "we want this"
Doug: "No one wants this"
this channel is the only place that a laugh track is actually welcome

Doug can deny it all he wants but the Wikipedia segment was the funniest thing I've listened to all year
love it when doug uploads
3:27:02 This is truly a fever dream experience
this is the first time doug realized that the mario level elements only activate when on screen, just like mario maker.
This was definitely the most fun Wikipedia game ever and no one can say otherwise
"chuglas" is way funnier than it has any right to be
Every time I hear Doug counting, I think of the jumprope minigame from Baldi's Basics.
Out of curiousity, which one was the wee woo stream? I’ve been searching for quite a while now.
Right at the end of the 52 minute Zelda randomizer stream I believe
he needed to get his laundry I think?
It was the 2 minutes of Zelda randomizer gameplay.
You might also be referring to the blindfolded Super Mario Maker stream, where chat would go WEE WOO to tell Doug to skip the level, but probably it’s what the other commenters have said the end of 52 minute Zelda randomiser stream also has it.
Name of the song that starts at 3:12:36 ? :*
Don’t know the exact name, but it‘s the final boss theme from Yoshi‘s Island.
@@Juniverse0 Thanks Dad, love you 💕 Come home with that milk soon.
Doug severely underestimated how deep and interconnected knowledge is in general.
I love it.
Maybe do this next time with TvTropes?
This is the most exciting stream of 2022
I never knew counting could be stressful
It’s funny hearing Doug come out of the bottom and the music being at the top
If Doug ever does this again, he should roll a die after each link so it's randomized each time and chat can't fuck with the links
This was the best stream!
"I think lizards could kill you."

for some reason the baby twitch chat had me laughing so hard i couldn't breathe
I learned my phone has stereo speakers today. Thanks doug
The crazy thing is… I’d never recite the Zorbeez commercial if it wasn’t Dougdoug who started doing it
Thanks doug great stream, I needed something to put me to sleep
I played the Wikipedia game starting at Weezer. Took me to some amazing places. Don't recommend. 3/10
I'm still suprised that nobody changed a link to something that will get him banned like a "bodypart of one gender*
Does this mean every stream will be a shareholder meeting? With chat meeting the shareholder?
1:35:00 the moon
1:19:47 ignore this, saving time
why did doug make a publicly tradable company instead of a private company if the idea is only to organize your taxes better
I think when Wikipedia said how to get the best results, they meant the longest chains, not the most balanced.
Literally everything went back to Uganda
This stream was incredible
I'm deaf in my left ear and all I could hear was music for a really long time
I honestly really enjoyed the Wikipedia segments :)
they almost got him with olive oil
51:56 HLVRAI Reference. Pog.
I tried this game and got a loop in 3 articles
Definitely the best stream ever I laughed so much
I wonder how many deaths Doug had on his first play through of that hack cause I tried it and did way worse.
Truly the best stream ever
chatters editing the wikipedia pages were soooo fucking annoying. was actually enjoying the stream until that point
Same. That was taking it wayyyy too far. Wikipedia is some people's passions. Not okay to mess with that
They take it super seriously on Wikipedia, I accidentally put a number one off, it was something like 139 vs 138, and my account got like investigated
I wonder how many of the chatters used throwaway accounts
I AM SO ENGAGED. THANK YOU DOUG! :)
I tried this myself, and with the first one I got ended with a Michael Jackson loop on 8 links
Here's an idea for Future Wiki Games: Whatever Doug is searching for, Chat must make a new sentence within that wiki page that keeps all of the main information in it (Eg: Science should hold all info about it, but also have at least 3 jokes/memes about that topic.)
sounds like a quick way for everyone to get banned on wikipedia and for doug to get death threats from wikipedia mods
don’t incentivise vandalism
You can always count on chat to save a boring stream
Would love another Billy Mays tier list
Best stream ever, massive pog
1:32:26 music name?
doug dont do that to my headphones😭
This is unironically, ( and I promise i'm not joking) my favourite stream
I never realized that they did that back then, how shocking
What I learned about Doug after I started watching these vods is that he is perpetually punctual
It’s just a fact. He is never late.

In all fairness, i dont even understand the rules of the Wiki game

Doug Doug learning to count 😂
I can't believe the wikipedia game killed the italics :( :(
And here I thought I was the only person to search for the last instance of the italics
This was actually very entertaining to watch until people started vandalising
