    These beginner/intermediate classes are my absolute FAVES!!!! I keep trying the advanced classes to see if I've "made it" yet, but I usually end up sitting for a lot of the ride. But these rides I get to modify and make them more difficult, which really helps build my confidence. Thanks Gabriella!

    I’m new to subscribing on the channel and love these newer videos, I found Gabriella from an old beginner video that I love and have been doing on and off for a year. Super funny, I think G had a cold that day she filmed, her voice was huskier, I thought it was a different person at first I’ve got so used to that one video 😅
    LOVE LOVE LOVE this channel and Gabriella’s style!

    Hi, on the Stages bike how many full turns from zero resistance would you consider a flat road??I know this class you stated to turn 3-5 .Is this just for beginners? What would be too many /max?
    Please help?Thank You.😊

    To lube your leather pad! not hard taking it out and spending a couple seconds. you will burn the leather otherwise, and it will smell.

    I wish you would say the gear we are suppose to be in throughout the video. I heard you say between 3-5, but for climbs and jumps etc I thought we go higher in gear? this confused me.

    My bike has a lever not a knob, so when you say a quarter turn, Should I leave mine alone??

      If i may.. after cycling a couple of months with her videos, i think she kinda let us decide our own resistance according to our strength, so you can add or reduce it as long as you can keep cycling on the beat..
