I did have a treat after the 14 days! But have continued so far being much more aware of the foods I eat. I’ve started to feel so much better with eating less sugar that it is hard to go back. Honestly the more days that go by the more my taste buds have changed and I crave super sugary foods less and less
you wont have cravings for sugar after those 14 days. sugar is a monster and after youve had sugar youll start craving it again and probably start binging
Potatoes and rice (even brown rice) is not that better than sugar...it's actually even worst (with potatoes). GI (Glycemic Index): (High = *BAD* ) - Brown Rice = 55 - White Rice = 64 - Sugar (Sucrose) = 68 - White Bread = 70 - Baked potatoes = 85 - Glucose = 100 (There isn't higher than this)
No they’re not bad in moderation ur telling me potatoes are worse than eating chocolate? Chocolate is not bad either just look at ur moderation really don’t have the mindset of carbohydrates being bad for u because it’s not and it’scalories that simply provide u with energy 😊
U can eat rice and be healthy eg look at Chinese especially the elderly you see them at a very slim weight because of the food they pair rice with same with Italians they don’t eat piles piles of bread pasta they have it in moderation with other veg and protein
@@tamtamxtam Fat is energy...carbohydrates are just sugar in like 5 minutes after you eat them. The reason you eat vegetables instead of just table sugar in a glass of water is for the vitamins and minerals.
@@azumag4432 this mindset is a eating disorder if ur comparing a potato to a tablespoon of sugar.. I’m not saying feast on carbs but moderation is fine
The video quality is soo good!! Wonder why the video has less views tho😢😢. Keep going!!
I stopped eating all processed foods and switched to fresh, homemade food, my crips and chocolate addiction has evaporated!
Very quality video, keep posting and you will get bigger in no time. (Imo Maybe increase the pace of the video a bit)
Good video. You are one of very few people who realize that naturally occurring sugar in food is different than added sugar. 👍
Did you continue after the 14 days or did you go back to the old diet?

I think glycemic index is gradually replaced by glycemic load. The numbers look different then, much in favor of starches.
