Roasted Garlic Lemon Hummus
Ingredients:
1 can of garbanzo beans- save the juices from the can you will need 2 to 3 tbsp)
1 - 1/2 Tbsp. fresh Lemon juice
3 to large garlic cloves roasted
1/2 tsp curry powder
3 tbsp tahini
1/4 tsp salt ( more if needed)
1/8 tsp white or black pepper
3 Tbsp olive oil
Recipe:
Start with your garbanzo beans save the juices from the can set aside. Rinse your garbanzo beans and set those aside.
In a food processor add all your ingredients blend until smooth. Now your hummus is complete you can add a little bit more salt after you taste it. Once you add it into a bowl drizzle with olive oil and a Sprinkle of paprika. And refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes to an hour and it's ready to eat. Eat it with your favorite cracker or your favorite vegetables. Enjoy !
