They probably could have easily. I've done it quite a bit to cyclists around here. All out speed eSkates destroy self propelled. Depending on the board also electric bikes.
I'd probably go small. I'm 6'2 and went with the M/L as the top tubes are longer than typical road frames. I like to keep things a bit more compact though and go with a smaller frame with a longer stem to maintain a quick nimble bike feel. I think a M is a 55 top tube which with a stem of 90-100 might be quite a reach while a small with a 53/54 top tube with a 110 stem might be a solid fit.
Awesome, let's do some rides. Seems like Reno would also be having some solid gravel rides also...? Heading your way now to ride to Virginia City before the blizzard hits tomorrow.
I saw your comment on my last video. Looks like you're interested in this frame. I'm 6'2 and got the M/L which fits solid with the 120 stem. I typically ride a 56 road bike so thought the ML would be good for gravel as the top tube is 57 and with the longer stem can get the saddle slammed forward for better power hip angles. Sadly I can't see the comment on that video as I reloaded it, I didn't think it really had a point so I took out some of my dialog and added post ride thoughts at home to make it have a point about riding gravel bikes over road.
Imagine someone goes flying past you on an electric skateboard 😂
