Cool video! DO you think it would be possible to climb up to about 4000feet high mountain road starting from 0 feet? The distance on road 10miles. So basically 10 miles and 4000feet climb.

Direct drives are fragile and weak, plus the motors are too close to the ground. I would never buy direct drive, options are also too limited -trucks, wheels, and motors. A 30-40mph board with 180lbs rider and fragile trucks... not for me!

Just had this happen to mine. Do you know if they've done anything to solve this problem yet?

finally got a board worthy of one of your rides! I have the N1 with the 1036wh and cnc gear drive! Close to a promotion at work and probably going to pick up the Z3 when i do!

Love my z3… but I did break the board in 20 miles. Granted.. I’m using it for what it is advertised for… so there’s that… there needs to be some deck reinforcements for the z3. At least for the big battery models.

I upgraded to the N1 and my Hota Tires should be here this week! I love my Madwheels but hit a rock on a tight turn at like 24mph and couldnt hold my angle and was going straight for a parked car so had to bail and couldnt run that fast lol was wearing pads and only got a few scratches but looking forward to those wheels! lol

Imagine having the opportunity to review new boards and not being able to adjust tension on the belts properly. I bet you cant change a tire on a car or check your own oil either. Great video. I'd be interested in hearing about your life story. How did you end up near Lake Tahoe, even a house tour, what a normal day is like for you. Shopping, work, fixing things in the house etc. just some video ideas. Been watching your videos for quite a while. Fell in love with lake Tahoe years ago. Might seem boring but I really like the small details of living somewhere. Most people never show them but to me it's interesting. All the best.

do you have the 45a or the 90a esc ? =) if you have the 45 you can order the 90 from onsra's website.. its such a HUGE change and makes the board really powerful =)

also how is the range on your boards now that some time has passed?? My s3 still gets me about 18 to 20 miles of range thankfully but i want to upgrade to an N3 so badly!!

time of year has a lot to do with it. during the summer, in the sun and warm air, the bushings heat up and become a softer durometer. as opposed to winter time, it becomes quite a bit harder durometer. as the rubber strands (long chains of molecules that make up rubber) get colder, the atoms that vibrate less, allow the molecular chains to have more contact and friction with each other, like compressing a yarn ball, making the whole bushing a harder durometer and the board feel more stiff. this is just speculation, it could be something else.

How did you get over the fear of riding an eskate on not so paved roads? I feel like even with pneumatic tires it will get caught on a crack or bump on the road and I’d be flying off the board.

Do you ever go to San Francisco or anywhere closer to San Jose by chance. I’d buy this board off you now but Tahoe area is pretty far. It’s a long shot but you’re selling this board at a good deal and I’m interested lol Tried to message you on Facebook but it was all glitchy and wouldn’t let me type out the message for some reason.
