With regards to THC and THCa, is it true that raw “flower” bud mostly has THCa rather than THC, and that it is when you burn the bud that the THCa gets converted to THC (and then inhaled)? If so, isn’t pretty much all “flower” bud a “THCa” strain? (Other than those high-CBD strains). Furthermore, if all that is true, then wouldn’t weed flower technically be legal to possess, regardless of its THCa content, since the 2018 farm bill terminology only concerns THC and not THCa, therefore making it legal to possess flower with high levels of THCa (that is basically literally just weed of how we’ve known it all along)? If all that is true then it seems the farm bill opened a loop hole for you to legally possess weed, but you just can’t smoke it (unless it’s legal in your state). Then if you make edibles out of the flower (which involves converting the THCa to THC), you’d probably be in possession of a hemp derivative (the edible) that has >.3% THC by weight, so I guess you’d technically be breaking federal law in that case? The wording here seems to be vague whether purposefully or ignorantly.
You are correct THCa in flower and converted to THC when heated. See regulations on how THC is calculated, but in short it is not hemp if over 0.3% THC/THCa

THCA contains a carboxylic acid group (COOH) attached to its molecular structure, whereas THC does not. This carboxylic acid group is responsible for THCA’s lack of psychoactivity and its distinct properties compared to THC. (www.cenikor.org/resources/thca-info/)
While watching this biology I was thinking about the "THC" synthetics that was often given to cancer patients like my brother for appetite. Not as effective as what mother nature can do.

I have a Question? If God Created All things on Earth, and gave Mankind the RIGHTS to All seed plants, in Genesis 1:28-29 as part of our Food, " HOW CAN IT BE ILLEGAL AND HOW CAN ANYONE GO TO JAIL FOR WHAT GOD CREATED" Cannabis was here before man, so how can man tell you what is bad for you when Father God said it was Good. Man said to eat meat, not Father, Father said not to Kill and Man do this Also, who do you trust.
