My belkin doesn't even show any led lights after just 3 weeks. Even after leaving on charge for ages! They are sending me a new one, but is mine fixable?
This type has a typical trouble, the usb port is lightly wired, easily breaks . To fix, the + - has to be soldered, and the whole usb port needs superglue around both sides, or else the soldering will break.

My Li-polymer 18000 mAH power bank has never worked properly; solar discharges it instead of charging it. Suspect internal wiring between solar and battery must have reversed polarity. I can charge battery from USB OK, and blue LEDs correctly indicate presence of sunshine, but sunshine causes battery to go down instead of up
I am surprised XiaoMi quality is this bad. They wave soldered a connector with barely any solder paste knowing it's a connector that would take a lot of repeated force from internal and removal. I assume the microUSB connector won't fare much better...
My problem is that I went to charge the bank with one 3.7v lithium cell and looks like I put polarity wrong it not working again anytime I plug it it become extremely hot but not charging and since the charger I use has three usb I plug my phone to it also now anytime I plug the power bank my phone just says charger disconnected pls help me

It's not welding it's soldering, ther is a big difference.

Thanks so much, Mine is a Nizoni and I had the plugs in the wrong place, now it`s charging. I see Blue instead of Red. Duh!.

I can charge mine but it won't charge anything. Led's light up. Torch goes. I suspect that I have a USB connection issue. Cool video.
