This is a very nicely done project with some very good ideas that are worth taking inspiration from. Thank you very much for making it! May i suggest you add reverse biased diodes to the outputs of each BMS? I learned the hard way that a BMS can be fried when it turns off while being in series with another that doesn't and a load passes current. Then, due to the negative voltage presented on its input, the controller can burn out. A (Schottky) diode limits that voltage to a safe level and prevents damage. A simple and cheap addition with great effect. Happy DIYing!
@@neoochii Yes, parallel is usually not a problem, but when being at the edge of the charge limit, it could oscillate. This is usually harmless and can be avoided with MLCCs close to the BMS. But in a series configuration, the BMS that cuts off the current first will suddenly see negative voltage at its output. I've been there and got burned. The cells usually won't be damaged, but the BMS will be toast. The project looks extremely well organised and finished!! kudos ( for many people users its not actual DIY but bit more complicative usually the wire connectors for display and other components ) a lot precision and time consuming and not all can do it !!
I would like to know how did you come up with the 20000mAh , 1st you use 3350mAh/ cell, 2nd you make a series connection that gives you a total of ~25.2V(full charge) @ 3350mAh, 3rd series battery's gives you higher voltage not higher current, for that you need to connect them in parallel and 4th your total output should be if the battery is fully charged ~ 85W.
Yes that's right. But the capacity of all power banks is calculated with a voltage of 3.7 volts. Because they are going to charge the mobile battery which is 3.7 volts.
@@PenguinDIY Wrong, basic rule for total Power is Volts(total) times Amps(total) = Watts , the capacity in your case is not calculated by number of cells and voltage, if you ever open a power bank and you find 3 cells in series the capacity is calculated like this, total voltage of the cells combined times the cell current, if the cells are parallelly connected its cell voltage times parallel current, in your case you have 6 cells X 3.7V= 22.2Vx 3.35A( since you have none in parallel the current stays the same)=74.37W, if you have used a 3S2P BMS your capacity would be the same. Not sure where did you find the capacity of the powerbank is calculated by total number of cells present.
The way to perform the calculation is to do it in Wh. Calculate the Wh for each cell then sum them up. Then it doesn't matter if cells are in parallel or series.

Hey I dint got something, we have 6 cells 3350mAh capacity thats ok is 20100 mAh, but from where it comes the 120w total? because if we do the 20100mAh * 3,7v of the cells we get 74370 (arround 74w) (wich is probably less because the power conversion from 12v to 5v, lets say 70w more realistic?) I am doing some bad math here, please correct me. Anyway beautifull work my friend.
Just remember, according to the data sheet of the used batteries, NCR18650B's are not able to deliver 20W during the complete discharge cycle. So the power output is limited to ~74W at the lower end of the discharge voltage (2.5V).

huge spasiba for making this video. I generally do not watch this type of content (anymore), not even out of curiosity, as most recent "diy" channels are not showing any real crafting and tinkering, techniques with character and passion- i.e like your case working especially. Instead of actually doing things one could find inspiration in, they seem to be nothing more than a part of the instant-pleasure loop of downloadable/printable/pcbway-able replication virus that is dumbing down a generation of curious but unwilling and lazy 3D-printing consumers. Videos like yours made me engage in engineering and finding love in doing things in a way that pleases me, and not manufacturers. And it really brings up hope and forgotten feelings of engagement reading the comments of people being stunned by your resin work, many of which maybe never heard of any other enclosure-making techniques besides the ones that come as an .stl file. Please keep up with your spirit as long as it allows to - I know you are aware of how precious your content is, a rare type of gem sadly buried deep beneath a wall of commercial lookalikes. spasiba

Dear Mohsen, I've become a big fan of your channel! It's incredible and just amazing. I am so impressed by the level of precision and perfection you apply for every single step of your projects and more importantly how you show/deliver it to your audience in such a professional manner 👍👍👍
Please let me know how we can support your projects (in addition to Like/Subs.) so that you can keep doing what you are doing.
THANK YOU FOR SHARING! Greetings from Germany!
This channel should be called "Epoxy DIY" 😃
Hey I dint got something, we have 6 cells 3350mAh capacity thats ok is 20100 mAh, but from where it comes the 120w total? because if we do the 20100mAh * 3,7v of the cells we get 74370 (arround 74w) (wich is probably less because the power conversion from 12v to 5v, lets say 70w more realistic?) I am doing some bad math here, please correct me. Anyway beautifull work my friend.
wow, what build quality! usually these tutorials are bunches of plastic and duct tape...
Just remember, according to the data sheet of the used batteries, NCR18650B's are not able to deliver 20W during the complete discharge cycle. So the power output is limited to ~74W at the lower end of the discharge voltage (2.5V).
This is absolutely incredible! I really really want to build my own mega power bank!
na. its completely fake. from 0:07 u can clearly see hes using his hand to provide more wattage to the phones. smh, next time make it out of actualy battery 😊😢🎉
I love so much how perfect get place every components it's pure perfection that powerbank
Congratulations, extremely meticulous and professionally done!!! Браво!

Along with precious knowledge You have each and every material , tools to make it. 😊
Everything is aesthetic. Preparation of both the product and the video.
My goodness, great job. you are perfection personified. Compliments
WoW It's a brilliant idea to make the case like this.
huge spasiba for making this video. Please keep up with your spirit as long as it allows to - I know you are aware of how precious your content is, a rare type of gem sadly buried deep beneath a wall of commercial lookalikes. spasiba
For looking it is easy.beside of that so much of hard work and dedication and patience is there.
You've earned yourself a subscriber. Great stuff!!
Nice to look at. Your product reminds me of the computing part of a rocket that was previously made in the Soviet Union, in good terms, many modules but very compact and well thought out. And everything is in its place.
Amazing work of Art and Technical Skills
You are very professional of your own work ❤
Superb bro, wonderful making
Very nice finish with aluminium ans epoxy !
Wow , it is my first time seeing someone doing something from scratch like this. You deserve big respect man. Like and subscribe from me. Thanks for sharing this
看你的视频简直就是一种享受,膜拜
Excellent workmanship 💯
It's unbelievable it is handmade. I expect it is 3d printed or something. Awesome 👍
It's a great work, it's amazing!. I wanted to make it too, but I was worried that it would be messy and not even functional. Worse, my smartphone could be damaged. 😅
jobless electronic engineers, own kingdom ❤❤❤
clean work i will try to make one
aaHHHH The Power of the Brain which i havent Got Well Done Lad
Great work done with stylish manner

Man it is a nice looking design but a shame you did not also use your amazing creativity to make it easy to reapair. You could find a way to make every component replaceable....anyway, thanks for sharing it looks beautiful!
I like how some parts are very accessible like hand cutting the aluminium with a jigsaw and using resin instead of 3d printing but when it came to electronics you did so many micro solders and wiring wizardry that I couldn't follow along anymore 🤣🤣🤣
what a piece of art the end of technology
Master of soldering 🎉
Nice move... 🎉🎉
Next time make 220v powerbank please....
