First, let’s get to the details on why all of us were excited about this project Corvette. Well, it’s simple, all of us here at ProCharger are massive enthusiasts, much like all that work at 1320Video stuffing our youtube feeds full of amazing automotive content for the past two decades. And naturally, when they stated that they had found a nearly flawless C5 Corvette Z06, we knew we had the perfect solution to quickly and easily “boost” the performance. (get it... boost the performance… ya pun intended)
Best part about this project is that since 1320 is based out of Nebraska (and we are in Kansas City), it was a chance to do a very rare “factory” install of this system, and also a chance for 1320 and its viewers to get a behind the scenes look at how ProCharger superchargers are built and another local KC company (Weld Wheels). So Win-Win for everyone!
We here at ProCharger love love love Corvettes, and it shows since we have supercharger systems for almost every Corvette made. Better yet, we never stop improving the systems over the years and this C5 Stage 2 system is a prime example of that.

The system we installed is easily capable of 950hp (or more) but due to this car being a giveaway car (emissions legal) and tuned for low quality 91 octane fuel, power numbers weren’t the focus. However, once we added the P-1SC-1 it dyno'd at 482whp (stock dyno was 334whp).

I’m installing the F1A blower on a 8-rib setup for my c5 z06. Full bolt ons, .630 lift cam, ported and polished heads etc. gonna tune on 10 psi hoping to make 720+ rwhp
no way a stock z06 handles 950
Is this 482 horsepower to the crank to to the wheels?

HI, Looks great and no dought it works great, would have been nice to know before and after #S. Myself , i am waiting on a C8 Procharger, ordered in DECEMBER, was told January delivery, then February, then march, then April, and now May hopefully that is the final delay. Very anxious to have it installed.
All I know is this has been my dream car for ever I have entered to win so fingers crossed and it would look killer next my sts-v
Well how much power @ what boost?
Just bought a c5 zo6 with 4000 miles. Yep 4000 miles,,what part number is this kit? And is this everything I need to install it in a weekend? Complete? Don't have to order intercooler or anything? Complete with tune?
This is exactly what I want to do my car. There's a tune that needs to be installed? Is that done at a performance shop that can modify the computer?
Great to see. Everyone doesn't have 100k for a c8 and refuse to lose to rich kids. Plus new vettes are ferrari replicas.
I wouldn't buy a C8 for the simple fact it doesnt come with manual 👎🏼

This procharged stage 2 black 2005 c5 z06 I’m in the process of buying from this dealership is allegedly “the guy who made pro charger this was his personal car” it’s 620ish hp and on 91 and 93. Be cool if it actually was!
C5's stopping in 2004. You might be getting a C6!

I watched the other video on this car and they dyno'ed it at 334 before and 482 after, to the wheels. Pretty impressive increase!!!
