How can we remove endotoxin from media < 1 EU/ml
? Some media have 4 EU/ml. Very nice video.
Though I dont know an absolute answer to this bit I know that endotoxins are part of nacteria itself....so putting antibiotic would resolve the issue
@@animatedbiologywitharpan I have not biology background but the endotoxin are toxin from already died bacteria(external wall) and probably antibiotics do not work in this case.

@@animatedbiologywitharpan if in media endotoxin is there then putting antibiotics will stop further increase of endotoxin but it will not remove or decrease existing endotoxin

What happens with the phenol red ( from the composition of media): Is the phenol red able to change its color from basic to acidic and then after pH changes from basic to acidic ?
