My son is 3.8 year old he used to be a very intelligent child and hyperactive my inlwas used to give him phone exposure since he was 4months old he started blabbing every milestone was on time suddenly after 1 and half year he stopped responding to his name eye contact bt he was still playing hide and seek with me after later he stopped that too its been 2years we are not living with our inlaws now 6months before i started sending him to school so he started understanding everything and hyperactive is also reduced im doing some qctivities with him he has gesture asks and speech delay he wont say mama and papa also i have an habbit of making sounds whenever i have ear problem so he learned that from me so he too makes that sound is it autism

It appears that your son has speech and langauge delay which is affecting his social skills.
Kindly work on his speech, if possible consult a speech therapist
Same happened with my girls and she was diagnosed with mild autism at the age of 3. But language delay affects their overall development as well. But with effforts they do everything.

Hello mam, meri beti ab 2.5 year ki hai..birth se lekar 6 month Tak sabkuch thik tha sab milestone timepe krti thi.weight gain bhi achha tha khana bhi..7 month se o sofe ke pakdkar khadi ho gayi chalti thi pakdkar itna growth tha fir usko cold huva o khana kha nahi rahi thi tab humne usko mobile dikhaya uske baad tv... Tv dekhkar songs rhymes dekhar bahut khush rahati thi band kiya to roti isliye dinbhar songs lagaye...uske baad attention kam huva hamne uska tv band kiya total 8 months usne tv dekh...uske baad o akeli hi hasati thi gunagunati hum uske nam se bulao to palati nahi song bolu to immediately aati thi hamare pas hasati thi..uske ke sath khel to bahut khush hoti hai...lekin o achanak se sare song rhymes hamne jo song Bhajan bole o sab gati rahati hai...40 50 song usko yaad hai ek sal dikhaya nahi fir bhi o kitne bhi difficult world bolti hai song ke lekin mumma papa nahi bolti...kuch funny activity Kiya funny talk kiya to turnt attention baki kuch communication oriented Kiya to ignore krti hai...roti hi to bhi gane bolti hai...dinbhar song..plz mam kaise song usse bhule Jaye plz tell me

Usse communication develop karne ki zarurat hai. Please aap uske liye speech therapy try kijiye ki ab wo 2.5 years ki ho gayi hai and functional speech nahi hai uski.

My daughter sings rhymes. Relatable rhymes also. But cannot make proper conversation or one word conversation. She stims a lot. I don’t know how to make her talk.
Are you taking speech therapy for her?
Dr Oyalo herbs is really helpful, and have helped my son improve with his speech and social skill complete. My son now responds to name, his aggressive behavior has stoped completely
My verbal 4 year son hums a song instead of singing and its random time. It would last for 5 mins. Is it stimming too ? He doesn't do that outside.
It appears to be self- regulation.
@therapywithdrprabhjot self regulation, you mean this is not stimming? He used to sing rhymes but no longer only sometimes. But he adds the words sometimes if I pause singing.

Hi mam my girl is 3.5yr old she was diagnosed with virtual autism at 2.5year now she is recovering from it well and speaking her needs. But she is always staring at roof of the rooms. How to reduce it bcs it hinders her attention. If she doesn't looking roof she is giving more social interactions and responding well. I am sorry but just with the information thar she has virtual autism and stares at the corners of doors, I cannot give you a prognosis.
