    My son was using the studio where I usually practice. So off I go to the family room and projected you to the big screen! My wife happened to pass by and watched for a while and made this comment - “she’s so calming. She’s really very good!” I smiled and agreed quietly. Thanks Joëlle 🙏🏼

    I can honestly say that since I started doing yoga with you I feel like my sciatica is slowly shifting. I've been suffering since June and your videos are the only ones that seems to be helping, slowly but surely .Thank you

    Perfect practice for winding down. I sometimes struggle with yin yoga as my mind wanders and I get distracted, but your reminder to focus on the breath is really helpful. Thank you as always.

    So glad you had a video on sciatica... not surprised. =) I am recovering from a stress fracture (figure skater) and so I have been resting more than usual working on art pieces. UGH can we say the sciatica is screaming !!!!!!! This really brought relief.... Thank you !!!!

      I'm so glad you enjoy it April! I'd probably recommend very similar stretches for the piriformis, so I think this is a great one to come back to!     Careful! If your back pain is from a herniated disk forward folds will make it worse! Looking for a safe yoga for back pain. This isn't it!
