I've been on Amnesty International for years, and this is the first time I've seen this PSA from the organization. And I confirm, it's one of the most disturbing I have seen. It fits well for the campaign, and is unforgettable.
After the video slowly fades to black whilst it goes to show some abrupt information that is not being told enough, that first made me uncomfortable as the audio from the video starts to fade, and then goes to distant sound, to completely silent, that alone makes me a lot more uncomfortable and that’s the point of this PSA. It goes beyond depths to show the silence that victims of underage children have to endure when they experience abuse.

This is both the weirdest and most disturbing Amnesty PSA I've actually seen as of now.
Something about the low quality camcorder footage just makes it even more disturbing
Yep, but to be honest, it was due to the fact that in 2008 hd was not even a thing if i'm not wrong...

That's the Amnesty style. Many of their ads have that shape and that's what makes them impactful.
This is terrifying. I really hope that statistic has decreased since 2008
Sorry to say but I think it's worst now
@@mikefitzgerald18Yeah, true, especially the bastards hijacking Islam to make it look worse by having child brides.
I don’t get it
This wasn’t the only PIF in 2009 to use camcorder footage, Take 121.ro’s “Girl’s Night Out” for instance.
