My first four wheeler was a Polaris trail boss 250. It was a 1996. I was 13 years old. I sold it when I was 30. Man I regret it. I just came across a 1994. One owner. Old man had it in his barn. Title, original paper work from when he bought it, and it runs great. The brakes need redone. Thank you for this video! I’m gonna order the stuff off Amazon to re do my brakes.

I’m honestly not sure. I did this for my neighbor and they haven’t been back. So that means they’re fine or they were so bad that they’ll never come back 😅😂

I’ll use eBay and Amazon or Partzilla.com. That’ll cover most of the parts you need. If not then check your local shop and see what they can get!

There's three different types of rear calipers. The one you can get new is rear axle mounted. Then there's two different transmission mounted brakes one with a small piston which have nothing available and the large piston which has kits available. The small piston one is easy to tell the piston is like 3/4" in diameter.

I made another video on brakes for this wheeler. Maybe that could help more than this video? ua-cam.com/video/C1X5E0-eroo/v-deo.htmlsi=YvSwAqzpOIjgwKz0

Wish someone would come out for a rebuild kit for the transmission mounted rear brake with the small piston. I could get the seals but that requires me to disassemble it again and I'm not doing it 😂 if I have issues long term I'll deal with it then and machine a new piston
