Hi I’m new to your channel and have been watching a lot of your videos. Im 56 and have quite severe ME/CFS with POTS and am bed or couch bound most of the time. I was a nurse prior and loved my job, walked around our local lake every morning and did yoga daily. You give me hope that one day I’ll be able to do a few things again. Thanks so much for watching my videos. I'm so sorry this has happened to you! I clearly remember being severely unwell and grieving over the life I once had. Back then I didn't know if I would ever recover. But I never gave up, and tried every treatment I could tolerate and afford. It was a slow process with a lot of learning about which treatments did and didn't work for me. So much is still unknown about ME/CFS, why some people have more severe illness or why some recover sooner than others. I hope you have access to some good health practitioners supporting you. I send my love and best wishes for your recovery. ❤❤
I have been declutter for years and some days its great then others its not, its hard work and very emotional, so be kind to yourself and all the very best in your new chapter ❤❤❤❤
