Boals is an amazing singer, killer tone, range and power even now in his 60s. Yngwie should give him a call again. He'd certainly be an improvement on what Yngwie is currently passing off as singing.

I agree, but to be fair, he's also making the poor dude double on Keys, too..Yngwie has become very frugal, but no one wants to jam with him anymore.
Singing like an actual singer!

Malmsteen, Boals, Jacob and the Johansson brothers. One of the best bands ever.
Jacob was on the marching out tour. This is 86 and the bassist is Wally Voss, only touring member, never played on an album

Mid 80s Yngwie was a beast
Saw them Dec. '86 in Phoenix on this tour... with Saxon/Black & Blue. Met Graham Oliver from Saxon outside after the show. Fun times.
I seen that tour in Dec 86 in Colorado,16 years old, mind blown 😮
Seen Mark Boals this a few nights ago..Still has it.
those were the days
the band is on fire, greetings froma Argenina South america
My favorite Yngwie song
Yngwie's Rising Force was just as good as 80s Rainbow back in those days. He's done a great job at tarnishing that legacy.
I think Boals is wearing a wig. His voice is amazing!
Borrowed from MAB apparently.
@@idrankwhat he is. According to Yngwie that’s when he started to act weird.

Front row for awhile at the video shoot for this exact song in Los Angeles. Close enough to be able to touch his guitar while he was playing.
More kicks than a Rod Stewart concert.
