Yngwie could be a legend and could play in the front of 100000 audience. Very sad to see where he is today. I hope he learn to establish good relationship with people and one day come back to the main stream again.

Yngwie, your songs were written for A-list vocalists. Don't do that to your audience. Don't treat them with disregard by offering a half-hearted show.

당시 이노래 너무좋아했는데
안불러 줘서 실망했었습니다
공연이 끝나고
키보드와 보컬을 했던 멤버에게
오늘 왜 안불렀냐고 물어봤고
다음날 공연에 부를 것이다 라고 대답했었는데요...
지금도 저분이 키보드와 보컬을 하고 계시네요^^
이 노래 못들어서 아쉬움이 컸습니다
용산 이태원에 작은 공연장이었는데
너무 멋있었습니다

Ok so look, it’s perfectly understandable to have an “I’m the star” attitude especially since YM is so talented but my God, his narcissism and ego are so out of control it detracts from his amazing skill. Case in point, the setup of the entire stage is all about him. The keyboard player is way off to the left sideways, bass and drummer way in back and 90% of the stage for YM. If he had any class he’d treat his performance as band collective instead of all about him because let’s be honest, nobody would show up if he was onstage all alone. Yes he’s unbelievable at shredding but the way he carries himself is a massive turnoff.

problem is this, he only wants to showcase himself and not a good band or players. Needs to be a full package or just go on stage with backing tracks and play then himself. Center-up the band and make it look like something other than him, even though its his music and it will just add to the show. The players are just regular looking guys playing the parts. Also, the wall of Marshalls I never understood, as it looks to me as a distraction and nothing more and a waste of gear, setup and space. Center the band up, put them in some stage clothing, put Yngwie in center and take charge. Hire a singer/frontman even that can take charge with him. Just getting boring over and over the same routine and selfishness of Yngwie. The players are good and should be out there as well.

First and foremost, the front-man of a band/lead singer, is UP FRONT.
And second, those Marshall amps cannot be real.
Having said that, Yngwie sounds great...looks a little bit odd...though.

Yngwie is the frontman. Think that's pretty clear. The amps are real. Just only one is plugged in.

No surgery- remember, he IS 60. He looks great because he slimmed down and works out; has been doing this for years now. He is way past his fat period of 1998-2003ish. All the amps are real, but only a few are actually turned on and in use. Also- Yngwie is by no means losing his hair but he always had fine, somewhat thin hair, so he uses a few hair extensions. Without them, he would NOT be bald...his hair would just not look as long.
