Charlie is actually hellborn, so it doesn't matter if she's gay or not, she was born into hell and can't be "redeemed" to heaven
May be hellborn, but she's also half-angel (though fallen). There's also a theory that she's actually the daughter of Eve not Lillith (So she wasn't told the truth of being half human from her Dad or somethin). Wondering if she's still capable of going to heaven in some way if the theory turned out to be true

Firstly, Charlie isn't in hell for sinning. She was born in hell, the daughter of Lucifer (an angel) and Lilith (a former human turned Sinner demon); making her half angel, half demon. But that's just her genetics, she's not in hell for any sins. Secondly, the creator of the show confirmed that sexual orientation doesn't get you into hell in this universe; being gay or bi or pan or whatever else is not considered a sin. So yes, Charlie and Vaggie are a couple, but that has nothing to do with why they're in hell.
Even more so, Vaggie is an angel and shes bi or gay

to be fair. the show doesn’t do a great Job establishing that there lovers. especially this episode. but If anything that makes these guys even more cool for recognizing It!
My personal guess as to why Adam is in Heaven despite being... well, Adam... is because while he absolutely had the likelihood to Sin in him if he got the opportunity, he _never got the opportunity_ and thus never fell to Sin and became a Sinner.
As the first Man, he: had nobody to be envious of, had no treasures to be greedy over, post Eden had to work hard or DIE, had only one woman in his life, his wife, so being lustful for her was no sin, had whatever pride he had during life crushed by his every minute spent reminded how good he had it and how bad he screwed it, and had nobody else to direct his wrath against to release it, and pretty much never had enough, let alone too much, in his rough life to be gluttonous.
He literally had zero opportunity to Sin even though he _absolutely_ would have had an opportunity arose.
Like how so many people drop into Hell, Adam got into Heaven: _on a technicality._
Even in the bible though, Adam decides to eat the same fruit as Eve. You might be saying, "well he didn't know the fruit was bad" if you read the scripture, it says he TURNED to Eve, not he went over to her. This implies he did hear everything and decided to also disobey God and eat it. So therefore, Adam did sin. I honestly think he's a fallen angel. We know from Vaggie that you have sin in you if you become a fallen angel, and Adam (also the fact that he is one of the only ones who wears a mask, is a temporary cleanness if that makes sense.
@complex2live Yeah, but Death was already the judgement for that original sin, and you can bet Adam repented of THAT sin long before he died given how awful life became for him within minutes of committing it.
So the one sin he DID commit he actually did redeem himself of, and never after even GOT A CHANCE to commit another.
Like I said: he got into Heaven on a technicality.

Charlie is so sweet and kind because she is nephlim (the child of an angel, lucifer the fallen, and the first woman) she's hellborn and doesn't need a sin to be there. She was never of earth, and princess of hell.
I mean she's not flawless for sure but yeah if Charlie had been human instead of being hellborn, she'd 100% be in heaven after her death.

Charlie was born in hell like other demons like imps, hellhounds and succubus😂 Also, She bi but it doesnt matter because she is not a human who died, which are called sinners and who they are trying to redeem. Heaven can not judge her soul because she is practically immortal like her father Lucifer. Hope this helps

One of the best reactions I've seen, especially from a group who I assume has never even seen the Pilot episode from 4 years ago, which I HIGHLY recommend watching, although it has different voice actors (obviously) it is still canon with the full series still so imho it's a 100% worthwhile watch.

In this universe, being gay isn’t considered a sin that you can go to hell for. For example, angel dust is gay but he’s in hell because when he lived on earth he was in the mafia. And there are certain characters that were actually born in hell and Charlie is one of them.
They were SPOT ON with the invader zim reference. I thought the same thing when I first watched it and then I read that invader zim was an inspiration for the art style for the show. It’s definitely got some early 2000s Cartoon Network vibes

Some info on the characters in hell. Not all of them are sinner, some are just hellborn. That includes charlie, lucifer and lilith, imps, some demons, hellhounds, succubi, and a few more.
Hell other population is shown in the other show "helluva boss" better and more in depth.
Also there are multiple ring off hell but sinners are confined to the "Pride ring" and cant leave that one. While all hellborn can leave and travel between rings.

Okay so story of this show I'll briefly say about each character Charlie is daughter of Lucifer and Lilith so she's princess of hell they r immortal. Vaggie her gf ( even tho is ship Charlie w alastor lmfao) she's an angel Ur going to see in next episodes.Alastoe was serial killer that was cannibal he got abused by his father and he has mental issue where he always smiles he will tell Charlie that smile is a weapon that let U be in charge of whatever comes Ur way. Alastor cherishes his mother and is gentleman.he will overtime have to fight w his trauma and will hopefully turn good and trust everyone in group.husk the cat dude he was overlord like alastor and Vox the TV guy and that moth shit Valentino angel and husk R under contract by soul angel name is Antonio he's in contract w Valentino and Valentino abuses him. Husk has gambling shit so he played cards w his soul on stake against alastor and alastor cheated and won
