Thanks! So much good information, but unfortunately you had me at 'spalling'. I sure wish I could do the resurfacing myself, but it seems like a job for professionals and that sounds very expensive. Uggg..I hate being poor. Maybe it's time to put in a vegetable garden. Thanks for the info.

The steps of my pool are spalling. The rest of the pool is fine. Is it possible to have just the steps replastered? I'm expecting to live in this home for only another 3 years or so. Thanks!
