If Biden's speech was the performance of a permanent politician, Britt's was the performance of someone who lacks moral conviction, is self-aware of her own hypocrisy, and is sheepishly aiming to please her party's leadership. Biden's performance was at the very least consistent with his own values, Britt's was consistent with the political strategy others decided for her.
Speech and debate kids in high school could perform way more convincingly. This is a masterclass in the shame of modern American leadership.
I was about to say that I once watched a high school play, and high school kids were better at acting than this.

She started out well, but her demeanor immediately threw me. She was smiling while she was telling us that the country is less secure, and that we are worse off. She sounded like she was about to cry and was barely holding it together at times. And then came the lies about Biden inheriting the most secure border while leaving out it was due to Covid restrictions that would expire, or that the sex trafficking story was from 2005. Oh, and she left out that SHE was one of the Senators who worked on the border deal, and then voted against the deal THAT SHE CREATED. And what is her solution for the sex trafficked woman? Leave her to be sex-trafficked in Mexico? I mean, she is blaming Biden for an open border, so how would closing the border have helped this woman? This speech was just all kinds of cringe. She had to nit pick some stats to justify that the economy without mentioning greed-flation or income inequality. Or that upper earners pay way lower tax percentages than everyone else.
In all caps: SHE OFFERED NO SOLUTIONS FOR ANY OF IT TO CONTRAST WITH BIDEN'S PROPOSED SOLUTIONS. Her party is bereft of ideas, and it showed here. She wasn't fooling anyone.
