We had a MasterGrain door installed recently and we are not very pleased. The transom window has a noticeable sag at the bottom of it, and the door groans like an old dog when it is opened or closed. A rep from the company made a site visit, and promised to remedy the situation and fix the door, but nothing has happened. All the promises the company makes on their website are just words. Three days ago I spoke to the rep on the phone and he said he would email me by EOD with how they were going to fix the door - and still nothing. We should have avoided this product and gone with a reputable door maker like Anderson, at least they stand by their products and don't hide behind empty words
