trens garbage bro, i like one cc of test or the pro hormone 1-testosterone, its like a mild tren dose, check it out, huge motivation! i like yo smoke some weed on jack3d when i pull deads lol
Good to see Pete looking so healthy, he looks so much better now! Was a huge inspiration in my youth, HS , college - lifting watching his videos…the zyzz, rave, misc era… fun memories… wish I could go back! But i can’t.. oh well
Pete is my guy and what he is doing with his platform is truly amazing and beneficial to the fitness/performance community. I hope he continues to grow as his message is positive, impactful and accredited. Wishing you all a great Wednesday and thank you for another great podcast.
Pete is a legend! He did so much for the powerlifting community and the strength community overall. All of these new and upcoming lifters try to be like Pete and even Larry wheels with the yelling and throwing their belt across the weight room. Nobody will ever be able to replace Pete or even Larry. Thank you Pete for all that you've done for us 👍💯
@Engineered Truths I started with 9.5 month after stoping and after a good pct after few month I have 21 and 610 free it goes up and down depending how I train and sleep.... I did hcg 750ius it's best to do some in tour cycle and then hcg with out test for two weeks then armidex .5 eod for 2 weeks then last small dose armomasin 💪
Man great discussion. I've always looked up to Pete, started back when I was powerlifting. Met him (man his back felt like a damn oak tree when we took a pic together) and watched him rip some unreal weight at a meet in Charleston WV. I stayed natty myself, and a lot of this discussion still resonates with myself and also my experience with friends who were on. Esp the dark reality of tren. Awesome to hear the honesty and story. You continue to be a role model for many brother.
Same man. Little things would get to me. Ruminating, negative mindset. Its like night and day on trt. I say this as someone who has gotten off multiple times for fertility reasons and to run accutane. On TRT I feel stable. Off TRT it is very difficult to handle stress
Excellent interview enjoyed it very much! Me personally I don’t like Tren, mainly leads to injuries. It does have a bad reputation because people abuse the shit out of it taking dosages fit for a horses. If it was used correctly say 10 to 20 mg daily /micro dosing you would be OK. I know the majority believes Tren is the best for strength but to me it’s not, there are other supplements out there that are superior with way less side effects like ment aka trestolone for example will blow Tren out the weter for strength.
Fuck this brought me back so hard damn Looking back those 7 years with them was like looking back for me too I watched them then, and lived like I was I watch them now and live like I do Insane the changes
I saw Pete deadlift and he has the perfect build to deadlift a lot with those looooong arms. I'm 6'2 with a 6'6 reach and I have a deadlifters build so I know how it works.
I look better on trt but actually put up better numbers when I was natural I was about 20-25lb heavier when I was natural. I also knew Dallas when he was 18-22 he used to come into a nightclub I bartender at. A guy name Brian that worked out at our local gym was actually the guy that introduced Dallas to gear. Dallas was always a big guy in highschool..
Awesome video as usual, outside of this why are this minimal viviobare shoes so expensive at a maximum price point, even with the discount. Id rather buy $25 slippers that are minimal too.
If with this much of experience, if this elite group of people, can derive a natty progression and goal set, it will be very motivating. For a full natty lifter therrs no motivation online now..because everyone lifts morr and after 10 years they honorably mention ped use ! The training splits the PRs the advice are all given by people who use and admittedly so. If theres a natty goals for all lifts it will be big incentive for going to the gym. We dont want obscure online artivles we d rather take your word for it !!!
📝 I'm pretty sure the lessons I will learn today are not rubbish hahaha I've also never touched the juice so this will be interesting just for informational purposes
If you abuse AAS and you come off completely, you will lose most of your gains. However, if you are a moderate user, then you come off and do PCT, you'll keep most of your gains. Drop some water weight, but your strength and newly built muscle (if done correctly), will be at a better spot than before you started AAS, which is the ultimate goal right?
This isn’t true at all. Sure, if you do one cycle maybe. But your ability to recover will be hindered every time to run a cycle. Eventually your body will lose the ability to recover as quickly as it did. You will feel depressed, be more lethargic, gain more body fat. Cycles are STILL abuse and moreover, likely the more unhealthy way to use in contrast to moderate cycles followed by 3-6 months of trt
@@tonyscaccia743 well considering I’ve been on for 9 years similar to Rubish and that’s my direct experience… and I’m a 500 pound bencher and 800 pound deadlifter and have plenty of clients… I’d say I’d know better than you
Huge difference for sure. Bro looks like a big jacked dude right now. Back in the day he looked like he took the captain america super soldier serum 3 times a week😂
you can't go "natty" after building up them receptors while slamming gear. your body is different now, face clinical facts. natty after 9 years.....hahaha don't insult Natty's.
Thanks for having me on guys! It was a pleasure as always! Mark, Nsima, Andrew, Chris, Kenny, Wyatt, Russell, all of y'all are awesome!
Great podcast! And the best coach. Thank you my friend and great work!
It was great having you on Pete, thank you! We'll do it again after your marathon haha

Pete Rubish is the man, an og. Deadlifting heavy weight intensely in his basement in front of washer and dryer, classic. Awesome interview
Thank you so much buddy! I appreciate the support!

The good old days of Pete in front of the washer / dryer and Smelly on the couch at home are forever savored in my memory.
Yes sir! I think it's wild how different both of us look 7 years later!

@@PeteRubish I think you're thinking about someone else. I live in Maryland lol
Pete has been an amazing inspiration for me. I have been off for 14 months now, and pete actually helped me get my test to a better place🙏
What are your levels now? What did you do?
Keep pushing brother! That is awesome to hear!

He is so humble. crazy to think this quiet dude was the same one pulling 900lbs with every bit of aggression 👌🏻
Pete the triple OG UA-cam legend. So glad to see you doing good and healthy, good for you brother 💪🏻👍🏻

Man I haven't seen Pete in a minute. So happy to see him crushing it. Mark, love this guy too. You guys all look happy and healthy and that's awesome.
Always been a huge fan of Pete just as a person, so good to see him so healthy and happy.
Awesome podcast. Pete is accomplishing more now than when he was at his lifting peak. He’s putting out great info. A smart dude at his young age. 👍👍
Pete's so good at explaining things, he's probably a great coach for that reason
hesitant
Thank you for the kind words!
Great watch/listen guys! Pete is such a great guy, so open & honest. Thanks for sharing.
Pete and Mark have both been big inspirations to me on my lifting journey. This was awesome to watch.
This is the best episode to date!
Great lifter, thanks for the interview. Been a Pete subscriber since 2015
Loved the insights from Pete. Always knew he was an insane lifter but never knew he was this cerebral. I'm a new fan!
Wish you guys could do more podcasts like this
Pete, thank you for your transparency! I watched your channel when you were talking about tren.
I’m 10 times more calm on trt than I was natty with low t.
I could see that for sure!

Life changing for the good!!
Life changing for the good!!

Pete was definitely someone that inspired me to Deadlift heavy back in the day.
I barely deadlift now, I prefer Hang Cleans
Best podcast you guys have done in a while well done 👏👏👏👏👏
Pete is awesome really learnt a lot from him, thanks guys

That was really good
Lov to hear different point of views
what a good group to listen too.
Thanks again. Great content, great dudes
Holy shit.... probably a couple of years ago saw his deadlift video... and start lifting... wish your health getting better man
I’m 30 minutes in. Am loving this.
Great work!
Fuck this brought me back so hard damn
Looking back those 7 years with them was like looking back for me too
I watched them then, and lived like I was
I watch them now and live like I do
Insane the changes
Love this episode!
Pete does some of the best food reviews
Hickson was so casual during his deadlifts. Like picking up a laundry basket.
I saw Pete deadlift and he has the perfect build to deadlift a lot with those looooong arms.

Nsima's face when he hears five hours. Classic 😆
Is Nsima narrating books on tape...? Is he doing voiceover work for commercials...? The dude should be raking it in with those dulcet tones...
Great podcast. Now you gotta interview the other Pete. Furious Pete!
300 lb dip in deadlift strength😮💨 that is insane
I remember back in the day i confused Pete Rubish and Furious Pete
I bet he still has some killer numbers.
I was at a 705 deadlift and 385 bench in December, but I've leaned out considerably since then.
@PeteRubish you'd be the top dog if you trained in any commercial gym with those numbers.
Some great discussion here
Why was it abuse versus use?

Nsima 3xs bigger than everyone and natural.
Young guys on steriods have a YOLO mindset. They rather lift for now instead of lifting for a lifetime.
That’s the best mindset to have
A day natty is a day wasted more gear = more gains fuck bloodwork eat clen snort tren lfg
Why he fuck are you making this legend stand? Give him the goddamn chair
Doing drugs to achieve your goals is in most cases the wrong idea and organ damage leads to early check out date. RIP
Motor City Pizza is the best!!

Kids wont understand the truth about tren
Of course he felt like shit. How did he Not think he would?
His face looks like a different person off gear.
Talk about a buzzkill. This dude makes me feel depressed for him.
TRT for life LOL. Imagine having to buy back your manhood from big pharma. LOOOL
Honestly, he wasn't much biggger when he was on tren
It was a pretty big difference, it just might not look it so much on screen.
Huge difference for sure. Bro looks like a big jacked dude right now. Back in the day he looked like he took the captain america super soldier serum 3 times a week😂
You can’t go back to natural….
👍
You were not progressing as a natural. Nobody progesses as a natural. Its the cold hard truth.

yeah and also it takes its toll. You can tell this guy is wandering for meaning now.

His test levels came back at 500.
