  • EGGLESS BISCOFF TWIX COOKIE BAR
    INGREDIENTS:
    All purpose flour -80 grams
    Castor sugar -30 Grams
    Biscoff biscuits -4 biscuits
    Salted Cold Butter- 65grams
    METHOD:
    Preheat your oven at 160°C
    Combine all the above ingredients together in a food processor ..add cold salted butter cubes in the mixer and pulse it ..don't grind it continuously just Blitz it till u get sand like consistency.
    Line a baking dish which should be 6 by 6 square inches with parchment paper.
    Spead the dough evenly ,press it down properly making it flat layer
    At 160°C preheated oven bake this for 15-20 min till u get golden brown colour.
    Once baked.
    Let it cool down completely..
    I have heated Lotus biscoff spread in the microwave for 10 seconds to get such liquid consistency
    [make sure to remove the lid and the silver foil from the top of the bottle]
    Pour the lotus biscoff spread (250grams)
    on top of the baked cookie and spread it evenly. Pop it in the freezer for it to set hard
    When the cookie is completely set ..cut into pieces as desired ..
    Dip them in Dark chocolate and let it set.
    Once done ENJOY...!!!!!!
    [Instead of lotus biscoff for filling u can use caramel,Nutella,peanut butter etc]
