- Have you ever tried this homemade Nutella.. this Nutella is super easy and fantastic to prepare.. considering how expensive Nutella is this spread is very much cheaper to make in comparison?
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 Cup Cashew (काजू)
- 1/2 Cup Almonds (बादाम)
- 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
- 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Essence (वैनिला एसेंस)
- 2 Pinch Salt (नमक)

Followed the exact measurements but It didn't work for me.. i put so much butter and oil but don't know why it was just not taking liquid consistency.. it was like cookie dough.. had to throw all away😔

I would suggest use melted ghee as it could be stored longer. But if you make a small batch and will consume it within 3-4 days, use butter :)

Hey, already mentioned in the video. Any oil that tastes good and won't overpower. Groundnut will give its own taste. You can use it. Sunflower is also a good option
