Just one curiosity Regarding heart sympathetic and parasympathetic heart innervation, they exactly act upon SA node or the musculature of the heart? And if it was the musculature how on earth the SA node knows that it's time to increase or reduce the heart rate

The sympathetic supplies the SA node to increase the heart rate, but it supplies the muscles to increase contractility (the force of contraction).
