I love how you explain things so I can understand why we make certain choices. This helps me out so much with where I may want to make adjustments to fit how I'm playing. There were several times in Elden Ring where I did this successfully. Glad to see builds for Last Epoch (werebear next?? 😂)
Rune master is nuts. It’s rare to find something so fun, and this is coming from someone who has always hated playing as mages. Cannot recommend highly enough.
And the other builds such as Dragons Dogma 2, I can’t wait to see builds from a fighter, Archer or Magician etc, the game looks stunning! Just a month away from release
So i recommend using glyph of dominion and flame ward toss the runebolt and the runemaster perk thing and you’ll have a much better time with clear and dps
I’ve watched a lot of build videos since launch but this is by far my favorite. My only question is do you have a loot filter for this build? If so, where do I find it? Great work, thanks!
Incredibly confusing trying to navigate everything in your video especially from someone who is brand new. Very informative and great info but I really wish you showed screen shots of the full build. I really want to love this class but I feel like I am going in circles trying understand what you are picking.
The low health is mandatory for higher defence and ward. It's a game mechanic in this class. Health is low so that ward and defences can be as high as possible. You are basically converting - meh health and meh ward - to 0 health and OP ward

@@silyenn it comes from the unique body armour, any build can use this. but Runemaster have huge support for ward builds, so it add many sources of ward per second, ward per cast, ward per mana spent.
It gives 3% crit chance increase per intelligence your character has. Note that crit chance increase is applied to the BASE crit. The default base is 5% , unless you get other sources of base crit. So 250% crit chance increase is like +15% actual crit chance, if you don't have any other source of base crit. If you get like 8 extra base crit, then you have total 13 base crit. Now 250% will actually add +32 crit chance. That's how crit chance work

I really dont understand why anyone make builds for this game. Bro it's so easy I can't even tell how easy that game is... I mean its fun, nice music... a lot of DII vibes, but man the difficulty is just not present... why building something specific when you can just smash buttons you personally like to smash :D
Sometimes build guides gives people an end goal for their character. Usually people new to the genre or class. Makes the transition easier. Every one is different and for some this is really useful / entertaining. Or it could be that people are finding it hard to build their characters, no matter the experience. Idk
@@sabihrashid252 it's all just health pool and damage increase. There is no extra layer of difficulty. It is harder ofc, but that is not what I'm talking about, you should have been challenged along the whole gameplay not just the one end-game mode. Your character build progression should be heading to stronger powers naturally, but Last Epoch is not the case, you mostly win whatever you press. I tested the theory myself and use just one basic ability for one questline and quess what? I managed to finish just fine, no extra issues just a bit bored

I prefer using Glyph of Dominion on DoT builds, but it's totally viable here as well.

I thought he was super methodical and thorough. Not sure how much slower or clear he could have been but I guess we all learn in different ways.

You need to make us a planner and loot filter. Guide is very hard to understand the full build.
Crazy how your ward is hitting 6k. My runemaster lvl 80 is struggling to hit 1k

Fun to play but this build doesnt work with 100+ echoes
The footage you see is +100 corruption with a bit bad gear. It would do +200 with some investment

Not every single one, there are common affixes that will accumulate fast

I can tell you haven't played Empowered Monoliths and pushed corruption
