I finally 100% it and gained all achievements on this game. I've played mostly for pleasure than for internet points and it fell very weird to uninstall buy I needed to "force myself" to rest for a while.
Too bad it's unfinished, this is a masterpiece and the fact people are still uploading gameplay and new stuff proves it.

Command the dog to stay. Then either place an unconcious enemy or c box of a horizontal model by lying on your stomach and crawl out. Then next to it place c4. Tell dd to bark if there are multiple enemies nearby. Find cover and call dd to you.
Finally detonate.
