Unsalted butter 無鹽奶油 60g / 1/4cup
Caster sugar 细砂糖 60g / 1/4cup
Whole egg 全蛋 2(55g+- per egg)
Cake flour 低筋面粉 120g / 10Tbsp
Baking powder 泡打粉 3g / 1tsp
Fresh milk 鮮奶 30ml
Vanilla extract 香草精 1tsp
Blueberry 蓝莓 100g / 1cup
Muffins cup 瑪芬杯 6
Bake at 200°C / 390°F for 17-20 minutes
摄氏200 / 华氏390 烘烤 17-20分钟

Oh my! I just did muffins using raisins as I do not have blueberries and oh my... it tastes so good. The texture is not dry and it’s soft! Thanks for sharing!
Made these today. Bit I substitute the flour with wholegraon flour and the sugar to brown sugar. The miffins turns out moist and tasty. I am loving it.

Muffins de Blueberry (mirtilo)
60g (¼ xíc) manteiga sem sal
60g (¼ xíc) açúcar de confeiteiro
2 ovos (+- 55g por ovo)
120g (10 col sopa) farinha de trigo
3g (1 col chá) fermento
30ml leite
1 col chá extrato de baunilha
100g (1 xíc) blueberry (mirtilo)
6 forminhas para muffin
Assar a 200°C por 17-20 minutos
I would recommend to add little bit more of sugar. Turned out great really loved it. Thanks for this recipe. 👌
