I made these muffins today. Followed your recipe exactly as shown. And I absolutely loved them. They were puffy, sooooo soft and tangy with the cream cheese. Not overly sweet. I love love looovvveee the amount of sweetness in it. My husband loved them too! Definitely gonna make another batch very soon. Thank you very much for sharing this recipe.

Natural sounds effects are the best! But as a creator myself it is hard when you're shooting your cooking video and your kids are running around plus the sound of the aircon/hydro is always present. That's why my option is mute the video and put a background music on it.
It depends on what you are baking.. cupcakes and simple breads don’t need expensive gadgets. But some cakes & pastries really require heavy-duty equipments.
if you will bake only for yourself, you don't need those expensive gadgets. but if you want to share what you are baking to many of your family members & friends, you need them!
I just made this batter. Minus the blueberry and cream cheese and used all purpose flour instead. We dont have blueberries here. Just added chocolate chips. I was eating the batter during assembly. So delish. I think will try different ingridients to mix with the batter as the base.

So i made this today and lets just say they taste AMAZING! Now im going to tell abt the proces. Okay so when i had to add the egg i probably added too much or my butter was not soft enough, because it was really clumby no matter how much i mixed. I did it in the magnatron(10sec) and it worked. After i did again (again 10sec) and it became REALLY liquid and i thought i messed up BAD. BUTT when adding the yoghurt and cakeflour+baking powder it actually became really pretty!! Oh and i didnt had the cupcake from they have so i just made then smaller+i sprinkled some powdered suger on them. I recommend if ur doing smaller to do them like 23min. :))) Thank you really much for this recipe!! I will DEFINETLY try more of ur recipes! Have a nice day/night. :))

Put in paper cup, add cream cheese and blueberries, cover with remaining batter and crm cheese and blueberries. Bake 180d for 30min

The chopstick method for removing those weird white things in the eggs is one of the best life hack I have learnt in my time of cooking.

今回もまた今、作らさせてただ来ました!ブルーベリーがなかったので、イチゴにしました。結果、すっごいフッワフワで、バターの香りがキッチンいっぱいに広がりました。やっぱり、このデリケートなスポンジは薄力粉ですねえ。しっとり感はもちろん、バターとヨーグルト。個数的には、12個のマフィンパンで、9個できました!ただ、アメリカでの甘さではなかったので。。。ああ、もう少しお砂糖を入れとけばよかったと後悔。また、次回、倍の量は入れます!笑 それぐらいこちらでは甘いので。ありがとうございました!
