    Hello yall
    I did this recipe and it turned out wonderful. However, if you are a coffee fanatic and want a strong coffee flavour I suggest using 5g of instant coffee.

    I do baking right now the top crack but I use hot air oven which no much room the cake top near heater I will try low temp next time , thank you.

    I’d like this texture in a cupcake form not like the coffee sponge cupcakes. How much batter per cupcake and how long does it bake in a cupcake pan? Do you have to leave it in the oven with the door cracked open to slowly cool it down without deflating? Or can it be taken out as soon as it is baked without worrying about deflation?

    Just made this! It is light and soft like cloud. It is not so sweet which I like. I did crack the top though if you can let me know what to avoid. Very yummy. Will perfect this next time! Thank you!!!

      @@christinah.7477 I use 1 pack of Starbucks instant Expresso. The flavor is nice but on a mild side. I would put 2 more or something. Our family like it strong. I also undercook it on the bottom middle part haha, man, bad mistake. I cook for 53 minute, but the thing is I have a bigger bread baking pan thingy. I wonder if I should put that inside the hot water bath , if that would help.

    Wright of egg whites and yolks must be and also tell which oven did you used conventional or convection oven. PS: I have convection oven in top and bottom heating element works along with fan. What time and temperature should I consider to make this cake.
