You did a better job painting a honeybee than most I've seen. Most put to many of the bumblebee features in. Bumblebees are very fuzzy. Honeybees have hairs that you can mostly see on the thorax, middle section. I see honeybees up close everyday because I keep them. Good job.
Thank you Emma! I painted this today in honor of my departed daughter Mary. Her middle name is Abigail, the patron saint of beekeepers so I wanted to do something bee related. This really helped me today.
Thank you Emma! I made your bee, so nice to learn how to do the fuzzy bits! Never did painting before and I really wait for your videos to learn more! Thank you so much 😊
I have to show my auntie this video. I got her to get painting flowers with your floral tutorials . She had never painted before so it was lovely to see her paint for the first time. Thank you Bees are the best 😍😍😍😘😘😘
This is hilarious that you posted this today, because we have a bee that likes to hang around and my daughter named him ‘Tim’😁. She asked me to draw him yesterday, along with his lady friend her sister named ‘Starla’. They do interpretive dance while flying. My girls wanted me to capture that.😆 Now I’ve got this video to make it much easier! Thank you for sharing. Happy painting!🖌🎨🙋🏼♀️
Halfway through painting this now! That's how fantastic this is. Thanks also for explaining the shapes of the drawing part. I've been too scared to try the other animals because of my drawing skills. But you explained this so clearly in terms of shapes. I've just painted the yellow on the body and done the furry flicks. Time to let it dry and continue .....
I love your tutorials as these paintings are just like my style. I’ve tried to draw some paintings and it was so much fun and made me relaxed. Thank you Emma. Could you teach how to control the brush for drawing the fuzzy bird’s wings please?
You should do a cheetah next! Or raccoon! Or a an emperor penguin! Just naming all of the animals I love! I love watching you paint,it just makes me feel better! I can’t wait for more!
I'm just in love with this little bee! Thanks for this tutorial. I've been wanting to paint a bee for awhile. It's like you read my mind! I love your videos and you! PS - How about a dinosaur? Even a kid version.

Just venturing into water colors, and will be attempting the bee this week! Just a note from an old beekeeper...they have 4 wings!

Wonderful! Tfs. Hugs, Dee xox 🐝
Wow❤️
Is it ok to use white gouache rather than white ink? I'm gonna try this later on. :o)
That is a really great bee painting. Is one section a thorax? I resisted googling so that came from my brain that has been out of school a long time!
Thank you, Adorable!
This is useful if you want to paint a flower garden and put a bee near the flowers.
It all looked pretty straight forward until you got to the wings! Ahh!! But I will give it a try. Thanks for your videos.
Remember, bees have 4 wings
❤️👏.
😍
It's really hard to are what you are doing because the camera is so far away.
