It's like Uncle Roger’s Fried Rice, but we’re aiming to make it even better with some ingredients that will kick it up a notch. I’m sure even Uncle Roger will approve and it's a GOOD DEAL too. So let’s get cooking! This is a great meal prep recipe for busy days and balances a cheap and easy meal with a delicious combination of flavor. The recipe will help you save money while enjoying a delicious fried rice cooked at home. Each bowl has 24.1g of Protein and 518 Calories per 300g serving and makes 7 servings.

Ingredients:
5 cups of Day Old Refrigerated Medium Grain Cal Rose Rice
1/2 cup Garlic Chives
1/4 cup Green Onions
260g Char siu
1 link Silva Brand Portuguese Sausage (Optional)
2-3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2-3 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Eggs
12 g Dashi
1/4 cup Peas
1 tsp White Pepper
