There is a a line that goes from the top of the engine it’s covered with a Black hose inside of it is a white Vacuum line and a black one can you tell me where do they connect to I can’t find the connection where it’s supposed to go please
@@woodsandbarclay oh i thought all straight engines had that as standard. Probably the gasoline versions, or then it were only the nordic models sold here in Finland
@@Heve62 we are a diesel specialty shop and none of the early model diesels had ASD. That appeared on later model cars. correct me if I'm wrong but I think the 85 model 300sd actually did have it.

Sounds like the EGR 3/2 valve vacuum lines

doesnt the ASD rear end need some speacial oil? some LSD additive?
No that is not required on this vehicle. This is a regular diff. No ASD.
