I have a better tip. Get an SSD. All programs that are on an SSD load up really fast. Just make sure not to get a cheap bottom of the barrel SSD.

Did not help! There is no "File" menu on LHS of my Word Doc. - only "Outlining"! So am I stuck with waiting minutes to open "Word"? I can open a book in a second!
