How to fix and boost Excel's calculation speed

We often can't understand errors in excel files with large data, slow calculation speed and sometimes endless calculations making it very difficult to work, let me share some tips & tricks to handle such excel files by understanding excel’s Calculation Mechanics and Background Process to fix such errors.

After watching 20 youtube videos, 100% did not solve your problem. Let me pour a few cents here :
1) Delete the end cells (Shift+Ctrl+End), you need to delete whole rows & columns - 98% of slow excel problem
2) The others are not much help
- disable auto calculation
- dis-format especially conditional formatting
- Data validation
- Pivot table
- Macro
- Use better and shorter formula
