I have a great tip for those pre-made salads! So, you know how they usually put a lot of dressing in the packet, more than you need for whats in the kit? I buy an extra head of lettuce so I can add some of it to whats in the kit, then I use all the dressing, veg, crutons etc. in the kit and get 3-4 times the amount of salad! It still saves time, it saves a little more money, plus you get to use everything up completely. Its a hack I've used for a while no :)
Hiiii Morgan!! Your UA-cam videos have helped me so much in my fitness journey. I’ve lost 10lbs in the past 2 months!!! However I am afraid that I have now hit a plateau because I’ve been following the same diet and workouts but the scale isn’t moving 😥 have you experienced this before?
This normally means you need to increase your activity(move more) or create a slight deficit with your food If you’re in a healthy calorie range.
Sleep is also really important!
What have you done to lose 10 pounds?
@@bethanyrose3273or depending on the type of exercise, she could be having a body recomposition. Her body is burning fat and gaining muscles at an equivalent rate. And since muscle weighs more than fat, could be why the scale doesn’t move. It’s important to not focus on the number, because that doesn’t tell a full story.

Ugh, I had a dude that hops around machines in our very small gym and it’s so annoying! I feel like it’s none of my business to tell him how to do his workout, but it certainly makes it uncomfortable and difficult to get mine done.
we went to this planet fitness together to do work outs and this man would go guhhh when he did a rep every time and it was so loud it filled the whole gym it was annoying and nuts

Kinda defeated I gained weight Im trying to keep going and not think about the number. I just get worried about swim suit season
I do the same thing and I sabotage myself. I’m starting my weight loss journey again and some things I have learned are: Do NOT go the by the number on the scale, go by how you feel and Do not weigh close to your cycle. Eat when you’re hungry, make healthier versions of stuff you like to eat, watch salt and sugar intake, always keep a snack with you and make sure to drink fluid.
