We’re not following 75 hard to perfection and made some modifications (mainly being just 1 workout instead of 2 except on occasion) I very much so value balance & want this to become a part of my regular lifestyle so I’m trying to do this in the most sustainable way possible for ME! I love long form! It feels so rushed watching short form, and like I don’t learn anything about the person or have enough time to process what they’re saying! long form! we still here for it! the more people move to short form the more it will go toward it it's not because people like it more it's because brands get the most out of short form and the more there is of short form the more people go to it like sheep. I think if people keep up the long form it will turn around back to it. Hold true to your vibe and it will lead you where you want to go, remember management no matter how great they are, will always try to make more dough and that is not always what human souls need. Your life path is bigger than growing the numbers, opportunities will come in other ways that you can't imagine from different unpredictable directions if you keep true to you.

PLEASE PLEASE CONTINUE LONG FORM VIDEOS!! i love watching vlogs on youtube when I have meals alone or when I'm trying to complete house chores. they are such a lifesaver! and they are so relaxing to watch because it feels as if I'm with a friend on a videocall and they're going about their day and sharing about it with me :) also, short form videos provide TOO MUCH info within such a short amount of time, such that I am so used to the overstimulation and it's affecting my mental health. I got addicted to short form videos when I could achieve a screen time of 4-6 hours in one sitting. I'm now blocking out short form videos and looking for more long form videos with wholesome content :)
Did you guys remember the ava,hannah, ellie, emma era, the vids are just soo good to watch makes me inspired in the past to do diy's and go to school feeling extra. No stopping ava for this long contents we love it.

one really fun way to stay motivated for meals i've found is I will take two healthy cook books and open to a random page in both and have my husband pick one he wants, it is a fun way to mix things up and try new things 🍊🍊

I watch your videos everyone morning when I’m getting ready! they are the perfect length to do my make up 🩷
You can cut the jalapeños and freeze them! Same goes for onions, green peppers, zucchini if you have bulk and are afraid of it going to waste. Prep and toss them in the freezer, ready for any time you need it for cooking.
