Check out "Growing Wasabi in Wood Chips and Full Sun, " to hear Paul Gautschi of Back to Eden Garden film talk about how he grows Wasabi without irrigation. Curious.
I have an climate controlled environment that I believe Wasabia Japonica would thrive in. However, I live in Iowa and am having difficulties finding seeds to purchase. Would your seeds you sell be able viable in Iowa? If not do you have a suggested retailer?

Also would like to know where abouts yu are growing it, as we are in northwest washington andwonder if we could do it in our streams and forests with no greenhouse. Joe is a great guy, we have toured his farm and seen his thriving wasabi patch in person. Very knowledgeable and very nice fellow!
