    Joe is a great guy, we have toured his farm and seen his thriving wasabi patch in person. Very knowledgeable and very nice fellow!

    Check out "Growing Wasabi in Wood Chips and Full Sun, " to hear Paul Gautschi of Back to Eden Garden film talk about how he grows Wasabi without irrigation. Curious.

      I saw that as well, but I'm not sure Paul's roots are of much use, but they sure looked happy :)

    I have an climate controlled environment that I believe Wasabia Japonica would thrive in. However, I live in Iowa and am having difficulties finding seeds to purchase. Would your seeds you sell be able viable in Iowa? If not do you have a suggested retailer?

    I say nasturtium taste like wasabi but that is comparing it to what ever I get at these sushi restaurants

    hello, i would like very much to purchase some wasabi seeds from you. Also would like to know where abouts yu are growing it, as we are in northwest washington andwonder if we could do it in our streams and forests with no greenhouse. If yes we would like to have alot of seeds to grow. Thank you much

    Love the video! Good info as well. Side note if its water grown similar to your method it's known as "sawa wasabi" and is believed by the Japanese to produce a higher quality wasabi then soil grown
