I'm excited for the potential of what TQ 2 could be. Skeptical because of the coming soon TM for more than a year now with no gameplay. But considering I have over a thousand hours logged on the original TQ on steam I'm still hopeful that it's gonna be it's own masterpiece just like the original
Intrest drops to 0% if it goes souls like/no rest style. I want updated tq1/grim dawn. Its so weird to change formulas.

Titan Quest ll arrives at the end of the year or in the middle of next year. THQ knows how to make its plays well and this launch is one of the most anticipated by the community, the more money it invests in games of this type "The adults"

God, i just hope it won't have any shallow mechanics and that the game will be more of a modernized (upgraded) Titan Quest 1, and not a dumbed down ARPG like the Diablo games. I'm skeptical for now. It's not being made by the devs that made TQ.
this game needs to play like diablo 4,look and feel like titan quest 1,and have grim dawn's progression and loot system
JUst have to wait and see how Titan Quest II turns out. I enjoyed the game that originally came out. But never got far in the expansions added. Since I had uninstalled the game and lost all my characters then saw the expansions frustrated a bit Since I had some good Characters built up. Will wait and see how it turns out. Odds are I will purchase it will it keep my attention depends on the game play.
Thier release window will be a pillar to success. Many good games do badly just due to the time it releases. Competition is real.
I remember when Titan Quest released... The DRM was so bad it made the game unplayable. I basically had to use a hacked copy to play, though I keep the original. I still have that out in my garage, but I still bought it later, with it's expansions, when it came out on Steam.
Not gonna front; I lost 50% of my interest in TQ2 because it's not being made by ANY of the OG TQ Devs.
Yeah, it can very well turn out to be a watered down, shallower TQ without any of its charm. Hopefully it's not a Sacred 3 scenario with a different studio making a new game in the franchise that is a total disaster.

why is this game compared to diablo every time it's mentioned? i cannot stand diablo and i cannot get enough of titan quest.
D2 Fan, played TQ before and after D3 was released. Looking forward to Titan Quest 2, No rest for the wicked and PoE 2. D4 - still BAD!
I personally would love for it to be like No rest for TW, i like action-paced combats where i have to stay focused... as long as they keep the talent system. I want to summon my wolves and dryad

It was announced out of nowhere and already well advanced in development with probably not much room for changes.

I hope so badly that it’s like No Rest For the Wicked, with active, engaging combat mechanics instead of just staring at the screen, holding down RMB for hours and hours and checking a build guide every 15 minutes. That’s getting beyond stale. Time to evolve.
