its so difficult that only two people in the world could do it since we know about the race of 1500 m , it does take more than years and years of training towards running , it takes talent , genetics , it takes every single gram of skin, you need to be very special to run that fast , 2 out of all the people that lived in the world since the early 1900, which is way more than 10 billion people to make people an idea
