I am from south African I bought an n75 valve from mastersparts and the make is euro man it's not boosting so don't use them guys only Bosch and pierburg work
Hello there! Good content, i will do the same on my ibiza 6l pd130. I already got the N75. I have a doubt you explain in this video that you mist connect pin 3 and 5 but in the n75 they have a order to connect or i can plug the terminals in one way and change it again?
Unfortunately that could be many things try basic stuff like checking fuses or wiring going to your fuel pump to check if anything is damaged or it could be the float inside the fuel tank
Hi mate do you have a link or what to search for these pins as I want to do the same as you’ve done here to test without cutting into the loom and losing original plug, thanks
These little things do make a difference especially when you map it. It's an old car things get worn out last thing you need is low figures because of things like these
@@CarGuyLife nice I’ll probably get it done on mine then, just hard to find the wiring plug and harness, did you just plug pins into the other plug in the end instead of cutting and soldering etc, and do you have a link to that wire, plug and pins, thanks mate
İbiza 6L 1.4 Tdi i have high pressure problem code P0234 My turbo has just been repaired. we couldn't find the problem :( At the same time, my brake pedal is getting hard, what do you think, could it be the vacuum pump?
If your pedal is going hard check your servo pipe for any cracks and air leaks. I had same problem with my ibiza and turned out to be the pipe that goes from the tandem pump to the servo itself was damaged

0:08 nice.. You should drive manual if you can't even shift gears right..
Hi! I think i dont have same plug as you, pin 3 and 5 are not mapped like you or this is not 3 and 5 to plug? So what to do?
So glad I found this, will be attempting this install on my Fabia 🤙

Hey ! Ai idee daca ceea ce ai facut ,se potriveste si pe un altea 1.9 tdi ,105 hp,77kw? Multumesc !
My fuel gage is not working and I’m not clued up on mechanics any ideas on what it could possibly be

Awesome!!! Just wondering how the car holds up in the meantime.

What is closed on the black Box on the left? I want also the same clean optik like you
Its a oil catch can buddy
You done the gearbox shim mod m8? Might fix your 3rd gear crunch?
Yup i sure did 💪
Thanks for this vidéo, that help me good 👌
Did you remoove the vacuum ball in the front of the engine?
Yes
What is the purpose of that ball?
@@paveldimitrov3624 its vacuum reservoir so that the car always has vacuum but you can remove it and it works the same
Legend needed help with this ❤️
Happy to help 😌
Well I have no boost so hoping this mod will give me it back
Can I use this type of N75 in my 1.4 TDI AMF three cylinder engine? What should I pay attention to? Which type of N75 should I install?
Potentially but i can't say for sure sorry i couldn't help there
Hello did you have to do a software tune for the n75 valve?
From memory to run it no but i would do your own research as its been so long i can't remember
Do you need a map to install this or can you just run it? Got some vacuum leaks so want to install this, but I’m not ready for a map just yet
You can install this without a map and it will run fine yes

What size electrical pins did you use?
Ones from ebay
Did you notice much difference responsiveness and performance wise ?
Definitely a improvement in terms if boost responsiveness

@Edderz X the plug i got for a vectra c 1.9 cdti and made it fit the n75 valve and the electric pins u can get get on ebay as part of a plug kit cheap
Will this be the exact same as on a mk5 golf pd105?
Think so yes but need to double check as i can't remember

@@CarGuyLife thanks a lot, but would this trigger the high pressure fault?
Is this the BLT type engine? Looks like it
Nope its not cant remember what it was but it wasn't that
where do you connect your boost gauge to?
Wiring or vacuum line?
@@CarGuyLife Vacuum line? I have the n75 but have been told the boost gauge cannot be connected.
Ive got that valve underneath my bonnet with nothing attached to it
Thats strange
@CarGuyLife definitely. To be fair there's 3 of those valves 😂
What vac lines do I have to delete
From memory there's only 1 but i could be wrong do your own research as its been years since i made this video
where was your n75 from?
Ebay
The vacuum hose that’s “not important” where does that go? That lost me a little
That goes to your airbox it can generally just be vented to the atmosphere
There are people running 10seconds on the stock vacuum system, no point in doing this unless the vacuum box is defective 🤷🏼♂️
where did you get the plug can you send link
I took it off a Vauxhall vectra 1.9 cdti and made it fit
Hello it work on 2.0 bkd??
Anything is possible 💪
So you think it is better to use 75 valve?
Yes definitely in my opinion
Whats the diference? Tanks
In what sorry can you explain in more detail please ?
Can anyone say what is this for?
It simplifys the vacuum system and does away with the vacuum box
Brother, whereee is ibizaaaaaaaaaa
Sold it ages ago unfortunately
